Investigation: Once we receive your submission, we will investigate the issue thoroughly. If the claim is validated, we will confirm the refund amount with you.
Refund Timeline: Approved refunds will be deposited to the original payment method within 14 days of confirmation.

Conditions for Returns:

The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Non-Refundable Items:

Products that are not reported within the 3-day window.
Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling.
Gift cards or promotional items.

Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.
For other returns, shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
